2. Send a greeting message to our whatsapp number (071 600 88 99).
3. Submit the required details via whatsapp to register your booking for collection.
4. Your collection time will be confirmed with a booking reference.
5. Our collection vehicle will pick up your packed consignment at the confirmed time and leave a Collection Slip.
6. Your parcel will be delivered to our sorting facility.
7. Parcel weight is re-confirmed and an order generated for customer to process payment.
8. Upon confirmation of payment your parcel receives its waybill and is prepared for shipping.
9. The parcel is loaded and shipped to destination facility.
10. At destination facility, your parcel is either collected by consignee or dispatched to consignee address (if opted for)
